Tyrrell Hatton celebrates after winning the HSBC Championship Abu Dhabi - Tyrrell Hatton notched his sixth European Tour title in winning the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on Sunday. Hatton began the day a stroke behind 54 hole-leader Rory McIlroy, which set the stage for an eventful final round clash. Hatton started fast, making three birdies on the outward nine to gain momentum over the Ulsterman. The back nine failed to deliver the highly anticipated drama, as McIlroy faltered bogeying the 16th, Hatton surged - making 3 more birdies on the inward side to seize command of the HSBC Championship. The Englishman carded a bogey-free six-under-par 66 for a total score of 18 under par, four-shots ahead of the Aussie Jason Scrivener, who finished solo second, while McIlroy finished a further stroke back with his final-round 72.
