PGA Golf Club celebrates 25 Years

PGA Golf Club to Host ‘25th Anniversary Celebration – Nov. 8, 2021

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (Nov. 4, 2021) – PGA Golf Club – the 54-hole, flagship property of the PGA of America in Port St. Lucie, Florida – will host a “25th Anniversary Celebration” on Monday to celebrate a quarter century of unforgettable golf experiences.

Opened in 1996, PGA Golf Club is entering a new era of Membership experience as recent enhancements to the practice facility and golf courses have received rave reviews from members and guests. The Wanamaker Course has earned high praise from several national publications, including Golfweek and GOLF Magazine. The practice facility underwent a full renovation and expansion, adding artificial turf to the full swing area, a 7,500-square-foot chipping green, a privacy berm on hole No. 10 on the Ryder Course, the northern full swing area was expanded by over 15,000 square feet three new short-game practice areas were installed and a complete practice facility floor renovation. 
              
Monday’s festivities include a Members-exclusive cocktail party and happy hour from 4-7 p.m., with live entertainment, complimentary portraits and a commemorative gift.  Members can also enjoy 25% off soft goods in the Golf Shop through Nov. 14.

PGA Golf Club is also celebrating 25 Years as an Audubon Certified Sanctuary, which recognizes sensitive maintenance practices, dedication to projects that enhance wildlife habitat, sustainability and our commitment to environmental quality.

The Wanamaker Course ranked 17th in Golfweek’s 2021 Best: State-by-State Courses You Can Play rankings, while the Dye Course ranked 27th, making PGA Golf Club one of only a handful of properties with two layouts on the respected list.
