With the Emmy-nominated U.S. Open AR app built by Deloitte, fans will have the ability to follow and replay every shot on their mobile devices in augmented reality. Users can engage with three-dimensional views of all 18  holes, view players’ live status throughout the championship, and jump to that player’s play in AR. Fans will also be able to compare how their favorite golfers perform against each other, even if they aren’t grouped together, and use the heatmap to compare players’ shots against all prior shots on that hole.
