Omni Championsgate Resort Launches New Entertainment Complex – Eagles Edge

On March 14th, the media (and Champions Tour veteran Jim Dent) gathered at the Omni’s Championsgate Resort in Orlando to experience the destination’s newest addition – Eagles Edge. What was once the old Leadbetter Golf Academy has been transformed into a fantastic entertainment complex for resort guests and the general public. Just a two-minute stroll from the hotel’s main lobby, you can enjoy golf via Toptracer technology with 30 state-of-the-art hitting bays. Play virtual courses, work on your game, enjoy delicious food and relax with friends and family.

Whether it’s a buddies trip or family outing, host your group gatherings at Eagles Edge’s indoor and outdoor bar and event space. The open-concept design is an ideal hang for daily pre-round practice, after sunset golf, or just to come soak in the vibe and grab some tasty eats and refreshing drinks in a sporty setting. You can reserve a bay by the hour for 1-6 people. Walk-in guests are welcome, but reservations are encouraged. Guests can bring their own clubs, or choose to play with the complimentary clubs available on site.

As the evening arrives, so does the illuminated targets, where each section lights up upon being hit.

The menu features American classics, cocktails, craft brews and refreshing cocktails. Make sure to give the sliders and flatbreads a try. Reservations are not required to dine at Eagles Edge.

Private event and catering options are available 7 days a week by contacting the Eagles Edge Sales and Service Manager at: 407-707-3111 or eagles.edge@omnihotels.com to book your group.
