Neighborhood National: A New Way to Play Golf

Neighborhood National and Ace Indoor Golf Sign Simulator Partnership.

Ace Indoor Golf is excited to partner with Neighborhood National, a first-of-its-kind golf simulator-sharing club that is changing how people access the game. Across private homes, sheds, garages, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, warehouses, and home-owner associations nationwide, Neighborhood National provides members convenient and affordable access to world-class golf simulators and end-to-end management support for anyone interested in starting a club of their own.

Ace Indoor Golf is unsurpassed in the golf industry when it comes to selling, building, designing, and installing golf simulator hardware and technology. The company offers expert turnkey sales and service solutions for consumers or businesses looking to create the ultimate indoor golf experience. Ace brings its clients over two decades of simulator builds and installation expertise, and the company founders have installed 1,000s of simulators in commercial and residential markets. By representing multiple manufacturers, Ace Indoor Golf can customize products to meet customers’ needs.

The partnership will give Neighborhood National Club Pros (hosts) access to Ace Indoor Golf’s trusted, industry-leading design and installation experience to set up a state-of-the-art golf simulator for a great price.

How It Works
Become a Neighborhood National Club Pro and start a club of your own.  Fund the simulator, provide the space, and for $150 per month, after that, Neighborhood National will take care of the rest. Coordinating insurance, marketing, vetting applicants with a background check, and coordinating member onboarding upfront.  Neighborhood National will then manage customer service, simulator support, tee time booking, dues collection, and games, tournaments, and leagues for all clubs going forward.  Use the club as much as you want and let it pay for itself while Neighborhood National does the work.

Become a Neighborhood National Member and join a club nearby.  Simply apply, clear a background check, meet your Club Pro for the location for a quick introduction, and start enjoying unmatched access to world-class golf minutes from your front door. Book tee times online and come and go on your own.  Membership plans vary by location, but all provide unmatched affordability and convenience at a low monthly rate.  No club near you?  Apply for future membership with no obligation and be notified when there will be a club nearby.

The Space
If you have always wanted a golf simulator in your garage, house, or office/retail space, make your dream come true and become a Neighborhood National Club Pro (host). The space doesn’t need to be fancy. It just needs to be safe, secure, and large enough for an average-height golfer to swing a driver. While there is flexibility across all dimensions, Ace recommends that your space is at least 16’ wide x 20’ deep and 10’ high. You will need power, WIFI, a launch monitor, a projector, a gaming computer, turf, and a putting and stance mat. Ace’s engineering experts will work with your space to provide architectural and 3-D CAD drawings to deliver a fully integrated golf simulator.

The Simulators
The golf simulators at Neighborhood National are some of the best in the world, including Trackman, GCQuad, GCHawk, GC3, Uneekor Eye XO, XO2, and Uneekor QEDs. They use state-of-the-art technology to create a realistic and immersive golf experience. The simulators also use real golf balls, which are tracked by sensors to provide accurate feedback on your shots.

The Locations
Let Neighborhood National’s management support make running a club of your own fun and easy while taking advantage of discounts on golf simulator equipment and installation from Ace Indoor Golf.

While memberships can be tailored to the desires of each Club Pro, a typical Neighborhood National residential club will average 15-20 members and two tee times daily.  At a monthly membership rate of $65, you can expect a payback of 24 to 30 months while using the simulator as much as you like. Clubs located in commercial real estate have much larger memberships and generate more significant revenue. Clubs are also efficiently structured and managed as a no-cost amenity with complimentary memberships if desired.

Conclusion
Ace Indoor Golf and Neighborhood National give you a new way to play golf. Neighborhood clubs offer members unlimited access to world-class golf simulators in convenient locations nationwide and separately provides a new approach to getting a high-end simulator that can pay for itself.
